6 cluster is correct. but the graph below has only 5 clusters by mistake. cluster 5 is distinct (rapid progressor, they show low putamen SRB, LOW SBR RAtio?). baseline SBR 잇ㅆ으면 어떤 CLUSTER 인지 예측 가능하게 하려함. BUT variability 가 현재 문제임 next step: validation cohort 필요. |
