(20201127 maekawa Koujirou): PhRET orders these cell studies via Ariba system. Once these studies are completed and PhRET settles the invoice, the actual amount for these studies is listed in the SAP data as tentative PhRET’s actual amount. Based on the SAP actual data, I will ask TBS-J colleagues to change cost center for these studies from PhRET to NS-TM Shonan. → The actual amount for these studies will be NS-TM’s actual amount and will be listed the attached NS-TM budget file you attached.
In order for me to conduct the above process #3, I would like to know when PhRET colleagues complete to settle the invoice for these studies. I would appreciate it if you could let me know who is in charge of these studies in PhRET.
